Child friendly but dated

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We travelled with a baby and it's been such a good experience with the hotel. Special baby food for breakfast would be a plus. Had breakfast by the pool, which was great (besides the construction work). Very clean.

The hotel was surrounded by construction work during our stay. I'm not sure if a room facing the hotel pool would have made a difference in noise cancelling from the busy boulevard. The hotel itself is a bit dated. Some fresh design would make a difference. Our room was facing the main street, so we couldn't leave the window open.

Good value nice rooms and decent location

Good location. Rooms were nice size and bed was comfortable. Great shower and nice breakfast

Very noisy on the road side of hotel and Air conditioning wasn’t working. Slight problem when sleeping with the window open. Some areas lifts / hallways were in need of a clean.

Pretty basic but a nice stay.

Good location to explore. Felt safe. Bank opposite also to take cash out was handy. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Cheap taxi into the main square. Lobby was so beautiful.

Toilet wasn’t the cleanest had to ask several times for someone to come fix the safe and phone in the room - nobody ever came. Had to ask twice for an iron it came when my husband asked but when I asked - nothing.

Was a lovely hotel, close to Menara mall so ease of access, quite a few shops to eat from just a short walk from the hot

The bedrooms were beautiful, loved the marble decor and the indoor pool made it quite convenient, enjoyed the spa and massages aswell that were on site

Winter time so the outdoor pool was cold, wish it was temperature regulated as it would be ncie to go In

Not quite a 5 star hotel but decent

The rooms were renovated and spacious. Liked the breakfast as it had a lot of varieties and the staff is amazing!

I wouldn’t consider this hotel a 5 star. It is a bit rundown and also lacks a lot of activities. It is a big 3 star hotel. The current constructions are annoying as well as you can hear them from the room at 8 am every morning!

I was disappointed in the breakfast menu as being an international customer I felt there was not much choice every thin

Location was great hotel decor nice giving a calm atmosphere, bedroom spacious and comfortable

Only the toilet had a leak which I reported and was sorted swiftly and I found the lighting in the bedroom quite dim so when doing makeup in day time hard to see in mirror room felt dark

Good location, comfy.

Location and comfort was key. Nice place.

I was accosted by the security guard because I was trying to speak I. French and then he forced me to show him my key and then check my id with a list. This is all fine but it seemed aggressive and as a solo Female traveler it didn’t make me feel good or welcome. He did apologize and other people were kind, but I can’t help but feel like he was judging me because I was a lone female and also people told me I looked Moroccan on a daily basis, and as soon as I said I was American he was nicer to me. This is fine but the implicit bias was there and while I know I’m in a different country I don’t appreciate being judged by how I appear. On any occasion. This needs to be expanded on. Also someone had left stuff in my room and toiletry bag and it was not cleaned but I was tired when I checked in and only there for 24 hours. I also had to pay extra night because I got in way earlier than expected, which was fine, but the stuff in the room and the door man made me more irritable about this scenario. I would likely stay there again but I would feel like I would have to act a certain way to not have the same situation happen.

very good value for money,would recommend it.

I like the bellboys who were very helpful,there is taxis nearby,location is very nice,it is on the main street,so you have a mall next to it,different bars and clubs.Breakfast was also very good with a variety of food.

I didnt have a curtain in the bathroom and the sink was kinda jammed ,the water was staying in for a long time,but it is something that can be easily repaired so I woudnt consider that real problem.Maybe if you come for longer and you want a good sleep ,you could ask for a room that is not looking on the street because noise can be annoying.

It was a good stay all in all.Value for money.The Rooms we’re okay but looked nicer in the picturest
